I work at the intersection of research, policy, and international collaboration, helping institutions turn ideas into impactful initiatives.

I challenge ideas rigorously, not people, not political ideologies. And when I’m told something can’t be done, my instinct is usually: then let’s be the first to do it.

This mindset has shaped my career so far. Over the past 8 years, I have:
• Completed a PhD in the UK, specialising on British foreign policy;
• Advised government departments + diplomatic stakeholders (UK and Portugal);
• Led a UK-based NGO operating in science diplomacy + higher education reform;
• Worked in startups supporting international expansion and strategic positioning;
• Served in a diplomatic mission, dealing w/ institutional + governmental processes;
• Built cross-border cooperation frameworks between institutions;
• Taught Global Politics, Socioeconomics, and Humanitarianism, as an Assistant Lecturer, at Univ. College London, Univ. of Kent and the Univ. of Marburg.
